Apple Unveils M3-Powered iPad Air, Built for Apple Intelligence

Next-Level Performance with the M3 Chip

Apple has officially introduced the latest addition to the iPad family: the all-new iPad Air, now powered by the M3 chip and optimized for Apple Intelligence. The device delivers a significant performance boost, making it nearly twice as fast as the previous M1 model and up to 3.5 times faster than the iPad Air with A14 Bionic.

Equipped with an eight-core CPU, the M3 chip enhances multithreaded performance by up to 35%, while the nine-core GPU delivers up to 40% faster graphics processing compared to the M1 chip. These upgrades ensure seamless multitasking, smoother gaming, and enhanced creative workflows.

Apple Intelligence Brings Smarter Features

The new iPad Air is designed to support Apple Intelligence, bringing AI-powered tools to enhance the user experience. The “Clean Up” function in the Photos app allows users to easily remove unwanted elements from images, while the “Image Wand” in the Notes app transforms rough sketches into refined illustrations. Additionally, Siri now supports typed input and integrates ChatGPT for more advanced conversational interactions.
