Billie Eilish Shines at 2024 Paris Olympics Closing Ceremony with "Birds of a Feather" Performance
Billie Eilish took center stage during the closing ceremony of the 2024 Paris Olympics, joining a star-studded lineup of performers. Following an electrifying set by the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Eilish captivated audiences with a live performance of her song "Birds of a Feather."
The track is featured on Eilish’s third studio album, HIT ME HARD AND SOFT, which has been a massive success since its release in May. Impressively, all ten singles from the album have secured spots on the Billboard Hot 100. Eilish’s performance was a unique addition to the ceremony, broadcasted live from a beach in Los Angeles as part of the symbolic "handover" from France to the United States, ahead of the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics.
Joining Eilish onstage was her brother and frequent collaborator, Finneas, who accompanied her on acoustic guitar. Finneas is also in the spotlight with the upcoming release of his second album, For Cryin’ Out Loud!, set to drop in October.
